Asylum Law
Applications for international protection require comprehensive and attentive support. The firm assists asylum seekers throughout their procedure before the OFPRA and the CNDA, ensuring that the key elements necessary to obtain protection are effectively highlighted.
Entry into the Territory
The firm assists you in obtaining a visa (short or long stay) and challenging a refusal. It ensures that your application meets legal requirements to maximize your chances of success.
Residence and Work
Obtaining and renewing a residence permit and a work authorization in France can be a complex process. The firm assists its clients with all administrative procedures: first-time residence permit applications, renewals, work authorization requests, status changes, and appeals in case of refusal. The firm’s goal is to defend and advise clients to secure their stay in France.
Removal
An expulsion order, an obligation to leave French territory (OQTF), or a re-entry ban can have serious consequences. The firm provides urgent assistance to challenge these decisions before the competent courts and seek their annulment. As each case is unique, the firm develops a tailored strategy to protect your rights and secure your future in France.
Civil Status and Family
Civil status procedures for foreigners in France can be complex, including the transcription of foreign records, recognition of a marriage, and correction of civil status errors. The firm provides comprehensive legal support to secure your procedures and assert your rights.
French Nationality
Obtaining French nationality is an important step that requires meeting strict conditions. Whether through naturalization, reinstatement, marriage, or birth, each procedure requires careful preparation. The firm supports clients in preparing their application, monitoring the progress of their request, and challenging any potential refusals.
